I was a body shop rep for quite a while and absolutely loved it, their products are great and I am now hooked on them.  I used to hold parties at home but also attended residential homes which they just loved it was such a treat for them.  Body shop are against animal testing and when you become a rep you learn so much about the market.  The sales targets are quite high but I was always successful as the second you show the products and let people try them they are easily won over.  The body shop are also commited to their reps and each area has a team leader and I would attend monthly meetings, seminars etc.  I would definately go back to them and be a rep again as it was so much fun.  At the time of joining them I paid about 80 GBP for the kit which included hundreds of products to use at your parties.  I have never tried working for Avon though I love their products but body shop is definately a great company to work for.  You just need to find your local sales rep and you can then work within your local area and hold one party a week or more if you wish, it is very flexible.
