Have you ever had your hair extensions fall out?  Well if you have, you are now in good company - Kate's fell out on a red carpet as she returned from the afterparty for her new fragrance 'Velvet Hour' at a Berlin Club.

Apparently, a cheeky photographer even picked up the hair piece and held it up to take a photo. Do you think he gave the extensions back?!
