I think water helps a lot. And studies show that drinking at least 8 glasses a day will help your body as well as do your skin great. So, I do drink 8 glasses a day to keep my skin and health in tip top shape!

I always believed that caffeine was dehydrating but I have just read a column in Bella magazine that says that might not be true.
"A study published in the Journal Of The American College of Nutrition found that regular coffee drinkers remained just as hydrated as water lovers."
I don't think that the 8 glasses a day is for everybody though. I think it all depends on your height and weight, plus general health. I think it differs from person to person, but 8 glasses might be a good general guideline.
