I've just come across a product that might work really well with the rose water to really leave your eyes feeling refreshed and rejuvenated - gel eye mask from Anatomicals "Puffy The Eyebag Slayer".  It's selling on the Anatomicals website for only £2.49.  I've been using one for a little while now and if you chill it for a little while in the fridge before putting it on it really helps to reduce any puffiness under the eyes.
