How to avoid pimples?

pimples -The one which is generated from our face skin due to excess of oil in the skin.

This pimples makes our face and skin look abnormal and un clear.

Inorder to avoid we could apply a mixture of
    * turmeric
    * sandalwood oil
    * aloe vera ( a cooling herb)

these are naturally extracted.and  could be better ,since cosmetic cream usage may sometimes harm to skin as it may contain some artificial content to keep it creamy and cool always.

After you do get pimples, make sure to keep the following in mind-

Do not neglect pimples. Be alert as soon as they start appearing.
Cut down blood heating foods, such as sweets, fats and spicy foods.
Do not peel off pimples - that makes them septic and they may leave behind permanent marks and damage your looks.

I would tell you some simple remedies:

- drink alot of water

- keep your skin cool

- avoid oily/fatty foods

- eat citrous fruits
