Staying young

Now that the first flush of youth has come and gone, I wanted to retain some of the freshness and vigour of my salad days.

My research lead me to an interesting fact.

DID YOU KNOW?

The body completely regenerates itself every 7 years or so. Yes that's right, YOU have a complete new brain, eyes, skin, liver etc every 7 years.

Now that being the case, surely you must be able to reduce the effect of ageing.

Well, certainly the beauty industry, thinks so. But do you need ALL those creams, powders and treatments to get where you want to be.

At the very least wouldn ... be useful to reduce the amount of money spent on these items, if you knew how to reduce the process of ageing more naturally?

Interested? You should be, because whilst you are ageing on the surface your body and mind are also ageing.

There is a website that may be able to help you!

Wouldn't it be great if there was some sort of miracle cure for ageing!....if it came in chocolate form that would be even better :)

Re: Staying young

But you don't need to waste money on all those products.  A simple regime will help keep a youthful compleaxion.
