These are some great tips. I never heard about storing nail polish in the refrigerator though. My sister does that. I always thought she did it because she had a few screws loose. (obviously I never asked her why lol) 

One thing I do is for my base coat I use a nail strengthner. (hard as nails is what I use) Then for my top coat, I use a basic shiny clear polish.

Ooops, i always shake my nail varnish pots - wont be doing that again!

I always use a base coat and a top coat coz they make the varnish stay on for a lot longer, i use Revlon, i've always found they are good.

I have heard to put them in the fridge, never done it though, maybe i will try it !
