Many of us on BSS are fans of YSL Touche Eclat and I guess our main uses of this great concealer are to banish dark circles and disguise those nasty breakouts.  However, I have read that model Nancy Sorrell was told by a make-up artist to use it around her lips before lipstick to make her lips look fuller.
