There are a number of brands which sell hair mascaras.  Frederic Fekkai does a highlighter version, Stargazor do neons and L'Oreal, Highlights and Salon Selectives do more natural colours.  EBay is a good start to see the selection and pick up a bargain.

Avon (Advance Techniques) are also shortly introducing a grey root touch-up mascara in three shades (dark brown to black, medium brown and light brown).  They will cost £4.50 each.
