I just wondered how many of you colour your hair using home kits.  I used to use L'oreal but no matter what, the blonde would never come out as it shows on the box and would always end up looking too yellowy and so I always now go to the hairsalon however recently with a few bad experiences I am thinking about purchasing a highlighting kit and doing it myself though I really dont want to get this wrong!  my old hairdresser used to always use Majiblond 900s and 911 mixed together so I may do better buying these.  Anyone have any experience of using highlighting kits?
