Kate Moss is the latest celebrity to don a heavy fringe. Hairdresser Hari is quoted in today's Times saying "Kate Moss is the only person that can get away with this haircut, on anyone else it would look naff."

I think it looks great just wish I could get away with a heavy fringe, my hair is so fine and I dont seem to have enough to have a full front fringe like that, I can just about manage a side sweep fringe! but I do love fringes at the moment.
