I highly recommend Infusion leave in treatment if your hair is damaged from hair coloring or perming. You leave it in your hair and it will help give it the nutrients it needs.

Another one to try is Aussie brand- they used to have one called 3 minute miracle(I believe that is the name) they work wonders for dry or damaged hair.

Rhiannon i'd recommend Frizz Ease, it's fab if your not alreadsy using it! Have regular trims on your hair and you can use the serum after washing on damp hair then style as usual for a frizz free style.

It can also be used very lighty on the tips of your hair when its dry, just avoid the root area as it can make your hair appear greasy but applied lightly it works
