Does anyone have any good tips for how to deal with dandruff? My boyfriend has an issue with it, and it seems like most of the dandruff shampoos are a little cheap and don't leave your hair looking very good. Any recommended brands or other tips/tricks?

Mix about 8 tbsp. peanut oil with the juice of half a lemon. Rub the mixture into your hair, leave on for 10 minutes and then wash as usual. I have tried it and it really works.

My son has had trouble with severe dandruff. He also had psorosis in his scalp when he was younger, at that time the doctor prescribed T-Gel shampoo. With the new dandruff problem, I couldn't afford the T-Gel, so I bought the Dollar General brand of Head & Shoulders. Believe it or not it worked. Within just a couple of weeks, his dandruff problem was gone and it was pretty bad.
