Re: Healthy Heart Competition

I need to go back to my slimming group after Christmas and what better way to get to target than skipping my way to it. I have a young family so find it difficult to get out to the gym or any classes but I can skip in my back garden. Ideal! It is great fun and will remind me of my youth in the school playground! I really hope I win.

Re: Healthy Heart Competition

I would like to win the skipping rope because I am now obese, and need to lose weight, and get fit, I struggle to get up the stairs without being breathless nowadays.

Re: Healthy Heart Competition

calorie counting with a  few skips,

where have those pounds gone off my hips,

with a countdown - timer and alarm,

I'll do the time , where's the harm

Re: Healthy Heart Competition

I'm the shape of a tubby snowman,

of my shape my hubby's not really a fan -

I try and try to lead a healthy life,

but what I really want is to be a slimline wife!!!

I would really, really like to win.

Try new Colour B4 by Scott Cornwall, from £9.99 at Boots. It removes semi-permanent and permanent dye to return locks to their natural shade. It won't work on hair that's been lighted or bleached, though.

If your tan looks streaky or patchy, or if you just don't like the colour, try the new St Tropez Tan Detox. Simply pour some of the lemon, lavender and hazle-nut-infused oil into your bath, then massage skin with the exfoliating cloth provided to return skin to its normal tone. £25 from www.st-tropez.com
