Re: Healthy Heart Competition

I would love to win a calorie counting skipping rope, it would allow me to skip, have fun and get fit in my own back garden rather than have to put on the lycra and visit a gym, what a brilliant exercise workout!

Also, having an 18 month old little daughter,  I love the idea of my daughter watching me skip and eventually learning to skip together, just like when l was child.

Re: Healthy Heart Competition

I love to have a skipping rope like that! Way back when I was a kid, skipping rope is my fave playstuff. I would play with it whole day long. So, it simply brings back all fond memories of my childhood. Way back when the world seem so big and I am just small I can eat voraciously and never get big! lol

There, I just said it. I wanna be kid again and play. While I have fun burning away all excess fats and calories! lol

Try new Colour B4 by Scott Cornwall, from £9.99 at Boots. It removes semi-permanent and permanent dye to return locks to their natural shade. It won't work on hair that's been lighted or bleached, though.

If your tan looks streaky or patchy, or if you just don't like the colour, try the new St Tropez Tan Detox. Simply pour some of the lemon, lavender and hazle-nut-infused oil into your bath, then massage skin with the exfoliating cloth provided to return skin to its normal tone. £25 from www.st-tropez.com
