Pregnant smoker

According to the Daily Mail newspaper, pregnant women who smoke are to be offered gift vouchers and beauty treatments to encourage them to quit under proposals by Telford and Wrekin NHS trust.  The incentives, which also include baby goods, will be given to those women who are able to prove they have successfully kicked the habit.

Re: Pregnant smokers given beauty incentives

I find it hard to believe that a woman would respond to the incentive of a beauty treatment more positively than the prospect of having a healthy child!

Re: Pregnant smokers given beauty incentives

I think it's quite sad that anyone would have put their unborn child health at risk but I have seen worse ...pregnant and drinking copious amounts of Stella!

and she should have been refused to be served at the bar but although lots of people were giving her evil looks...she still drunk 4 pints!!
