That would definitely be an interesting show to watch! As for me, I don't do anything fake except for the sunless tanner. I love how a tan looks, but I don't want to risk too much sun exposure so I am big user of sunless tanning products. There are quite a few out that looks so natural that it seems like I just came back from a tropical vacation.

I too would love to have watched that show, I used to be into fake tan as I worked as a Nail and Beauty Technician and faky spray tan was one of my most popular treatments but of late I dont use fake tan anymore.  Though I do have nail extensions and when I am without my extensions I feel that my hands are are really ugly! I am also a nail biter and so having nail extensions is the only way I can prevent myself from chewing away.  I do my own extensions and so I often go for a french shorter look x
