I am feeling very pale at the moment. I have used sunbeds but never a spray tanning booth.

Are there any risks that I should be aware of?

Apart from the dark sole problem, be aware your hair line make sure you sit the cap just above your hair line or you'll end up with a line, also if you have asthma the spray can cause you to wheez make sure you hold your breath whilst the colour is being sprayed, wear loose clothes as you will feel sticky after the spray tan.
