Height difference between you and your partner?

When choosing a partner, how big a factor is their height?   Is a large height difference a problem for you?

Re: Height difference between you and your partner?

I'm approx 5ft 5 and my husband is 6ft 4.  I'm quite comfortable with the fact that he is nearly a foot taller than me....means I can wear any size of heals and still not be taller than him lol.

Re: Height difference between you and your partner?

Im 5ft 10 but probs 6ft in heels, so a guy whos 6ft+ is perfect for me :D so its not a problem.

altho you might find a guy whos the same hight as u but not when your wearing heels, which is a problem!

Re: Height difference between you and your partner?

I'm about 5'7 and my husband is 6 foot.  This height difference works for me as I like to wear modest heels (2 or 3 inches high) and this reduces our height difference even more.

PS I have never dated a smaller man - I take my hat off to Sophie Dahl and Jamie Cullen who obviously don't find it a problem.

Re: Height difference between you and your partner?

So with the heels thing, it sounds like the problem is that you don't want to appear taller than him.  Any ideas why this should be a problem? Obviously his height hasn't changed.
